All purchases made on VaultFX are considered final. By purchasing access to the platform, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• You were charged but did not receive access to the service
• A technical issue prevented you from using the platform and was not resolved

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of usage of the platform
• User errors (incorrect payment, wrong account, etc.)
• Expectation mismatch with features already described

4. Manual Payment Verification

VaultFX currently uses a manual payment verification system. Access to premium features is granted only after payment confirmation. Any delays in verification do not qualify for refunds unless the issue remains unresolved.
